Nimbus has acquired Lonstroff AG

Nimbus BV, the Netherlands based private equity investor investing in European-based industrial companies, through its subsidiary, NCM Investments VII B.V., has acquired Lonstroff AG, the Switzerland based manufacturer of elastomer products specialising in the production of medical rubber, from Sumitomo Rubber Industries, the Japan based global tire and rubber company. The deal included Lonstroff Medical Elastomers d.o.o (“LSI”), which is a 100%-owned Slovenia based subsidiary of LAG and engages in the manufacture of rubber parts for medical applications.
