Inflexion Private Equity Partners LLP, the UK based private equity firm, through its Inflexion Enterprise Fund V, has acquired an undisclosed stake in UP Fitness Limited (ta Ultimate Performance), the UK based provider of personalised training and nutrition programmes. Inflexion has bought out a number of existing investors.
