EQT Partners AB, the Sweden based private equity firm, has agreed to acquire Keywords Studios plc, the Ireland based video game company, for GBP 2.2bn at a price of GBP 25.5 per share, from Capital Group, Liontrust Asset Management, Octopus Investments and other undisclosed investors.
