Bregal Unternehmerkapital GmbH, the Germany based private equity firm, through Gemini BidCo, a special purpose vehicle indirectly controlled by the Bregal Unternehmerkapital IV fund, has agreed to acquire a majority stake in Relatech S.p.A., the Italy based, Euronext Milan Growth listed, Information and Communication Technology (ICT) solutions provider, from Pasquale Lambardi and his holding company Gaxder Srl. The management team will reinvest in the company as part of the transaction, while Gaxder Srl wiil become a shareholder in Gemini BidCo. Bregal Unternehmerkapital intends to acquire the remaining stake in Relatech, and delist the company, at a EUR 2.53 per share price.
