Altor Equity Partners AB, the Sweden based private equity firm, has acquired a minority stake in Marshall Group AB (formerly known as Zound Industries International AB), the Sweden based audio, tech and design powerhouse, that manufactures and sells audio accessories, from Varenne AB, the Sweden based private equity and venture capitalist firm, Zenith Group AB, the Sweden based venture capital firm, and other undisclosed investors.
