Bloom Equity Partners Management, LLC, the US based private equity firm, through Bloom Seed Bidco Limited, a newly formed company, has made an offer to acquire all shares in GRC International Group plc, the UK based international governance, risk management, and compliance company specializing in cyber defense, at an 8 pence per share price in cash, that values the company at GBP 8.6m on a fully diluted basis.
