Livingstone Partners B.V., the Netherlands based subsidiary of the US based, internationally active M&A and debt advisory firm Livingstone Partners, has acquired Florin Finance, the Netherlands based corporate finance boutique. The deal will see nine staff transfer, with partners Remco Goes and Niels Roks now becoming partners at Livingstone Partners, lifting its partnership to six.
