Karnell Group AB, the Sweden based private equity firm, has acquired a 90.1% majority stake in Vagnsteknik i Karlshamn AB (ta K-Vagnen), the Sweden based developer and manufacturer of trailers for landscaping, with an option to acquire the remaining shares in the company after the adoption of the annual report for 2026. As part of the deal, K-Vagnens existing shareholders have invested SEK 5m in newly issued shares in Karnell Group AB.
