Pollen Street Capital invests in PAIR Finance

Pollen Street Capital Limited, the UK based investment management company, has acquired a majority stake in PAIR Finance GmbH, the Germany based AI-based digital collections platform, from some of its existing shareholders including finleap GmbH, the Germany based venture capital firm. PAIR finance has been valued at EUR 200m, Pollen Street Capital has acquired around 60% of the shares, for over EUR 100m.
