Guesty, Inc., the US and Israel based hospitality business management platform provider, has acquired Rentals United AB, the Sweden and Spain based developer of a technology platform for vacation rental property managers. Rentals United was backed by investors including Stella EOC Capital (aka EOC Capital LLP, or Stella Capital), the Sweden based private equity and venture capital firm, and Howzat Asset Managers s.a.r.l., the Luxembourg based venture capital firm.
