Storskogen acquires JO Sport

Acquisition, Domestic deal

Storskogen has acquired 80 percent of the shares in JO Sport i Hudiksvall AB (“JO Sport”). JO Sport is a distributor within the alpine, outdoor, cycling and sports segments. The company reported a turnover of SEK 162m and EBITA of SEK 15m for the financial year 2021. JO Sport joins the vertical Distributors and will complement the other companies in the group focused on bordering areas of activity.
