Translink Benelux B.V., the Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg based M&A advisory, has agreed to merge with AenF Partners B.V., the Netherlands based boutique M&A advisory firm specialised in acquisitions, divestitures, valuations, management buy-ins, and financing, with a focus on the mid-market segment. In accordance with the deal AenF Partners, has rebranded as Translink, and will work closely together with the Belgian arm of the network.
