VNV Global AB, the Sweden based investment company, has sold its investment in JamesEdition B.V, the Netherlands based provider of a global online luxury marketplace, to Verdane Capital Advisors AS, the Norway based private equity and venture capital firm. This transaction is part of an agreement between VNV Global and Verdane, whereas Verdane acquires VNV Globals investments in Booksy, Tise, James Edition and Carla, for a total consideration of up to USD 58m, with USD 52m paid at the full closing of the transaction, and up to USD 6m potentially payable in the future, subject to meeting specific performance targets.
