YFM Equity Partners invests in Smart Numbers

YFM Equity Partners Ltd, the UK based specialist private equity fund manager, has backed the GBP 18.1m management buyout of Smart Numbers, the UK based provider of cloud-hosted Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) telephony services for small businesses. The founder Scott Woolaway will continue to hold a significant shareholding in the business, retaining a position on the board post-investment as Vice Chairman.
